Our ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the work, give it their all, and have an open mindset. A majority of our clients are women between the ages of 18-40 and have the goal of either losing weight, gaining muscle, or both.
We specialize in hypertrophy training, which is a fancy word for muscle growth. However, we’re firm believers in meeting people where they’re at, meaning if you’re brand new to fitness, we’ll nail down the basics before progressing to a different phase.

We truly have something for everyone. Whether you want a self guided program delivered via an app subscription, or 1-on-1 personal training, there’s something for you.
The app subscription is a wonderful option for those who are comfortable in the gym and with their nutrition on their own, and just want a workout plan to follow via an app. With the app subscription, you may cancel at any time.
With online 1-on-1 personal training everything is personalized to you – from the workouts to nutrition. This is a great option if you’re new to the gym, have big goals, or if you just love having the extra accountability. You get check in’s once a week where we’ll review the previous week and make changes if necessary. You also get access to the coach for any questions you may have throughout the week, which will get answered during office hours. All workouts will be delivered over an app, as well as check-ins. Like the app subscription, you may cancel at any time.
App Subscription – You may cancel at any time. $25 a month.
Online 1-on-1 Personal Training – $250 a month. You may cancel at any time.
Nope! Feel free to send in your questions as they come to you! However, the questions will only be answered during office hours.
No. If you are looking for guidance on nutrition or fitness, 1-on-1 coaching will be a better option for you.

While we are firm believers in the gym, as it makes it a lot easier to apply the principle of progressive overload, we do offer an at home program in the app subscription. We can also personalize your program to an “At Home” version for 1-on-1 Online Personal Training.
